The phoenix was drawn based on the image that the present exists by accumulation from the past and continues into the future. The phoenix is based on the image of a pheasant, as the town bird of Shinchi Town, Fukushima Prefecture, is the pheasant.

 

Various elements were incorporated into the phoenix, including mechanical parts representing cutting-edge technology and plants,

It also represents the symbiosis of technology and nature, the connection of diverse things to create the latest.
