I have been attending a training course for career consultants every Sunday since last summer, and passed the exam this March after graduation. A career consultant is a professional who provides consultation and advice to students, job seekers, and incumbents regarding job selection and skill development. The main role of a career consultant is to provide consultation to job seekers and workers regarding job selection, vocational life planning, and the development and improvement of vocational abilities. 

The reason why I decided to relearn this time was because my company had been encouraging me to relearn and I wanted to challenge myself in something. When I was entrusted with a human resources job, I decided to acquire the qualification of career consultant because I wanted to acquire human resources skills. 

In the future, I would like to contribute to the company as an in-house career consultant by providing career training and introducing career consulting services within the company to help employees develop their careers. In addition, I will strive to improve myself by practicing career consulting and attending training sessions in the future, aiming to become a professional consultant and a professional listener.
